The state -regulated buffer impacts on this site have changed. Buffer impacts have overall been reduced except for the
addition of a SCM outfall. This new SCM outfall meets (9)(a)(i) in the Neuse Buffer Rules and therefore is a deemed
allowable impact. The new outfall is included in the attached exhibits and impact tables for reference.
I've attached updated impact exhibits, a PCN impact table, and the previously issued Buffer Authorization.
