Good morning all, Please see the attached document addressing the additional information request from NC DWR, WRC, and DMF. The applicant has revised the docking facility design to include a reduction in shaded impact, removal of the floating dock, reduction in formalized slip count from 4 to 2, and relocation and re -orientation of boat lifts to deeper water with auto stops/limit switches at 18" above the substrate. Please let us know if this will satisfy agency comments/suggestions. Thank you. The applicant and myself would greatly appreciate an estimation in agency timelines for permit decisions. Thanks again.
