Joanne & Mickey,

Attached is the current approved plan for the Front Street Village project in Beaufort, Carteret County, NC. The project
was previously permitted using sand filters for stormwater management with nine (9) total outfalls for Phases 1 & 2.
The site plan has been modified for Phase 2 and we are now proposing seven (7) total outfalls for Phases 1 & 2. We
have submitted a Request for Express with the State Stormwater permitting program in Wilmington and they requested
that I contact you as well.
