Thanks for the response/explanation. It will serve as part of documentation for this situation. Please also include this
explanation in the notes box of the eNOT.
Why are the addresses different on the two COCs???? Is it because NCC203802 covered a much smaller area???
When applying for NOT to rescind NCC203802, Susan Anderson is the legally responsible person and her name goes on
the legally responsible person line of the NOT Cert form. Another person with same entity can wet sign NOT Cert Form,
but prints that person's name and title on the bottom line of form and this also allows that person to esign.
Finally, please notify me when eNOT is resubmitted, I can reassign it to myself and that should facilitate the process.

My apologies,it looks like the COC NCC203802 was applied for first. We pulled a grading permit for 4.6 acres of
lots. We then purchased the entire neighborhood with the full acreage from the developer. The developers permit was
transferred into our name. That is when we applied for NCC205004. NCC203802 should have been closed when we
obtained NCC205004 because of double coverage. What documentation do you need from us to get NCC203802 NOT'd.
Also,both Susan and Anabel have left the company. Do we need to fill out a change of ownership form?

1. When comparing NCC203802 and NCC NCC205004, please confirm two COCs are for same project. permittee is the
same—DR Horton, but the addresses and acreages allowed to be disturbed are different:
NCC203802—address Monroe Creek Blvd, Big Sur Loop, NCC205004—199 Pond Road
NCC203802—4.9 acres allowed to be disturbed, NCC205004—36.2 acres allowed to be disturbed.
Are these for different projects or at least different areas (phases?) of the same project. Please explain.
2. When the differences are explained/resolved, Susan Anderson is the legally responsible person and her name goes on
