Explanation Duplicate Coverage-COC NCC203802 was applied for first.We pulled a grading
permit for 4.6 acres of
lots.We then purchased the entire neighborhood with the full acreage from the
developer.The developers permit was
transferred into our name.That is when we applied for NCC205004. NCC203802
should have been closed when we
obtained NCC205004 because of double coverage.
