This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0090051. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". On the day of inspection there was not a discharge from Outfall 001. As of September 5, 2023 the facility has not used the recently installed sprinkler system to wet the log storage area. Per our discussion on September 5, 2023 the facility needs to start sampling any discharge that occurs from Outfall 001 starting the week of September 3, 2023.
