On 9/5/2023, DEMLR- Stormwater issued COC#NCG081046 to Waste Connections of North Carolina of North
Carolina, Inc. for the facilities on 3320 and 3405 Westwood Industrial Drive in Monroe. After discussing with
the consultant, it was concluded both the Hauling and Transfer facilities next door to each other could be
covered under the same COC. You can find a copy of that and other records in the NCG081046 Laser Fiche
Folder. Paper copies of the documents will be mailed out.
