East, LLC as the current permittee. Only current permit holders/owners/permittees can
renewal permits. I see from researching both entities on the NC Secretary of State
website that David Swain is listed as registered agent for Carteret Crossing, LLC and as
Manager for Cedar Creek Crossing East, LLC therefore we do not need to correct the
entire application as his signature is still valid. However, please correct page 1 of the
renewal application to reflect Carteret Crossing, LLC as the current permittee so that we
can accept the application for review. Feel free to return the corrected page 1 via

Thanks for reaching out!
Since the permit has expired, it will need to be renewed by the current permit holder. Our system shows Carteret
Crossing LLC as the permit holder.The attached correspondence letter was sent out from our office.Since the permit
was never transferred,it is still the responsibility of Carteret Crossing LLC to renew the permit. If Carteret Crossing LLC is
in the process of buying back the property covered under this permit,a transfer is no longer required however it still
needs to be renewed back to an active status.These high density permits last in perpetuity and are required to be
renewed every 8 years.

Good morning! I just left a message in regards to permit#SW8080208. This permit expired 12/31/2021. Our company
originally developed the site in 2008 and sold it. It was since sold again. The tenant (Wells Fargo) has vacated and we
are now under contract to purchase the site back. We made numerous attempts over the years to have the other
owners transfer the stormwater permit. It was never accomplished and the permit has since expired. We are not trying
to begin the process for activating the permit again during our due diligence process. Can you please let me know what
steps we need to take in this process?
