Hi Tom and Hannah,
The project inspector reported the following loss for the subject bridge on Makatoka Rd. (SR 1342).
The area had been fixed recently, but apparently had not fully stabilized before the storm. They
received > 6” of rain.

Est. 10’ x 5’ x about several inches deep
The resident’s office is working with the contractor to have the material removed.
