Attached are both the public and private sanitary sewer permits needed for Montage on 54 Apartments.
Please review and call me at (336) 904-0207 with any questions concerning the applications.
Project Narrative;
The project consists of 140-unit apartment complex inside the Town of Swepsonville. There are
both public and private sewer lines proposed for the project and separate applications are attached.
Sanitary sewer flow allocation for the project is shown on the private application. Flow for the public
portion was allocated as zero flow since it was included totally on the private side.
The private gravity sewer extension consists of 688 LF of 6" SDR-35 PVC to serve Montage on 54
Apartment site with a flow of 35,040 GPD. The public portion of the sewer line will be owned and
maintained by the Town of Swepsonville at consists of 309 LF of 8" SDR-35 PVC, 36 LF of 8" SDR-26
PVC and 241 LF of 8" Class 50 DIP.
The flow downstream is currently an 8" gravity sanitary sewer line owned and maintained by the Town
of Swepsonville. The sewer is ultimately treated by the City of Burlington.
