0526, of the Johnston County Registry.
The property herein conveyed does not include the primary residence of Grantor.

IO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described Property, together with all and singular the rights,
privileges, and appurtenances thereunder, or in any way belonging henceforth to Grantee, its heirs,
executors, administrators, successors, and assigns forever, in fee simple, so that neither Grantor, nor '
Grantor's heirs or assigns, shall have, claim or demand any right or title to the property, premises, or
appurtenances, or any part thereof.
And the Grantor covenants with the Grantee, that Grantor is seized of the premises in fee simple, has the
right to convey the same in fee simple,that title is marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances,other
than the matters set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto, and that Grantor will warrant and defend the title
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
The Property is conveyed SUBJECT TO those matters described on Exhibit B attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
