Inspection Summary:
Overall this inspection revealed several issues that will need attention mostly dealing with manholes as you will see in the
detailed section of this report. In addition it is recommended (although not a requirement ) that your collection crew receive
some training that would be benificial in the operation and maintenance of a Collection System. Again this is not a State
requirement but it is good relative training that also covers a variety of safety issues.

Various manholes inspected and several issues noted. The manhole just outside the fence in the parking
area needs rehab. The 90 degree drop is closed at the elbow and prevents cleaning. Also the bottom of the
drop is turned up preventing the pipe from empting and properly draining. Flows thru most of the manholes
inspected were sluggish and slow and and may be due to the drop pipe in the manhole mentioned earlier
but it is recommended that the entire system be jetted.
