This correspondence is in reference to your letters dated luly 27, 2015, UT to Little Tenness2e River
mitigation site for project R-2408A and UT to Rocky Branch for project R-2408B located in Macon
County, North Carolina. These sites are being utilized by the Nc�rth Caro!ina Denartment of
Transportation as compensatory mitigation for stream impacts associated with the projects R-2408A
and R-2408B.
By copy of this letter, we are notifying you that no further monitoring of the sites will be required since
the construction and success criteria for the mitigation site have been met.
