Serenity Subdivision Ph 3-5 Storm Water Narrative
The site is currently undeveloped. The site is being developed as a single-family
residential subdivision. The existing site drains generally from the north to the south
into existing wetlands.
Storm water will sheet drain across the lots into the roadways and piped storm system.
The storm water will then be conveyed through an underground drainage system into
five new on-site wet ponds throughout the property. The ponds will discharge into the
existing wetlands. The wet ponds have been designed in accordance with the latest
NCDEQ MDC Stormwater Design Manual.
