Summary:Storm and SCMs approved in EPM#427624 on 12/28/2021.
Site is stable and bonding approved for maintenance on all stormwater control measures(SCMs)except the large sand
filter behind the building that will receive some work to allow for positive drainage of persistent dry weather flow to the
basin from irrigation and/or groundwater.
Additional note: Work for sand filter is scheduled for spring 2022,and performance bond will be held until
work is complete. Sand filter was stable and functioning at time of final inspection.
