Although other professionals may have developed certain portions of this submittal package, inclusion of these materials under my signature and seal signifies that I have reviewed this material and have judged it to be consistent with the proposed design. This letter replaces the previous 6/22/23 letter I mailed as you have provided a different water and sewer flow request rate. You are now providing a projected water usage of 55,345 gpd and sewer discharge of 55,345 gpd. Note the City system has adequate water supply and sewer capacity to serve these requested flows.
