Implementation Status of the Stormwater Program*

The Town is currently operating under a temporary status while its MS4 permit is being renewed.The Town's previous permit expired February
19,2022 and the Town applied for a permit renewal on April 28,2022.
A draft Storm Water Management Plan was submitted for NCDEQ comment on September 22,2022.
Since the Town has not currently received feedback on the SWMP and has not yet been issued a new permit,a comprehensive list of SWMPA
questions has been submitted in lieu of reporting metrics.

Include revisions to assessment of controls and any fiscal analysis revisions.Note:Proposed changes shall be submitted as part of a revised
