Site 2 (Vance Street) - The header rocks on the cross vane seem to be undersized and I question if these will withstand
higher flows. Consider replacing the rip rap with larger flatter rocks to preserve the integrity of the structure.
Station Y5 15+50 RT (Below box culvert) - Remove sand bags and fabric from the stream.
Ensure project is meeting NPDES cover requirements.
