Implementation Status of the Stormwater Program*
Please describe summary of implementation and compliance status.
The Town of Cramerton has had an MS4 program since 2007.In 2022,the MS4 program was audited by NCDEQ;the Town was issued a Notice of
Violation after this audit.In June of 2022,the Town responded to the audit with a draft revised Storm Water Management Plan as part of our
permit renewal process.While this permit renewal is being reviewed,the Town has moved forward with implementation of the recommendations
found within the draft Storm Water Management Plan.The Town has increased our stormwater utility fees and hired a full time Stormwater
Administrator to give the program the proper resources so that we can maintain a compliant program.
Are there any proposed changes/revisions to the Stormwater Program?*
Include revisions to assessment of controls and any fiscal analysis revisions.Note:Proposed changes shall be submitted as part of a revised
Stormwater Management Plan(SWMP).
There are no changes that the Town is requesting from the Draft Storm Water Management Plan submitted as part of our permit renewal and
currently under review by DEQ.
