I have spoken with the engineer regarding your questions. A representative cross - section of the stream impact area is
attached. Also, he did say that Wake County is reviewing and requiring diffuse flow. All of the ponds have level
spreaders. Let me know you have any more questions or need anything.

Hi Jeff,
I just have a few questions regarding the application for the Reserve at Falls Lake that you've submitted:
At this time, do you have a jurisdictional determination from the Corps for this site? It rarely happens, but the
DWR buffer calls don't always exactly correspond to the Corps' 404 jurisdictional calls.
Is the diffuse flow plan part of the stormwater plan that's being reviewed by Wake County?
• Do you have a cross section of the culvert crossing?
