A Seasonal High -Water Table (SHWT) evaluation was conducted for a proposed
commercial Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) located at 3498 Hodges Chapel Road in
Dunn, NC on February 17, 2023. Chris McGee of Agri -Waste Technology, Inc. (AWT)
conducted the evaluation field work. A reference site plan indicating the locations of all
boring included in Attachment 1 to this report.
Hydric soils were observed with the SCM footprint area. Much of the area is inaccessible
due to overgrown vegetation and a portion of the proposed SCM near B3 is currently
located under asphalt. With the exception of the far northern area near B3, the SHWT is
estimated to be at the soil surface or just below (0") since standing water was observed
and borings B 1 and B2 filled with water immediately (an apparent water table was
noted). Profile descriptions are in Attachment 2 to this report.
