Monitoring Year -PCS Phosphate Company, Inc. ", prepared by CZR Incorporated. The CD
contains everything that is in the hard copy, plus Appendices B -I which contain the 2014 data.
This report is a requirement of the March 2011 stream monitoring plan that was developed in
response to 404 Permit No. SAW- 2001 -10096 issued June 10, 2009 and modified March 12,
2013, and 401 Water Quality Certification No. 3771 issued January 15, 2009.
