should be regarded as a minimum requirement.The Engineering Department reserves the right
to require such additional notes as it deems necessary.

2. Approval of this plan constitutes approval from The City of Wilson only. Additional

4. All sites subject to approved Sedimentation-Erosion Control Plan are required to
fill out inspection sheets for ESC measures weekly and within 24 hours of rainfall
events greater than 0.5 inches cumulative within the preceding 24 hour time period.
Inspection sheets are to be kept In on site in a water proof enclosure or on-site
construction office throughout the duration of the project. A copy of the approved
Sedimentation-Erosion Control Plan as amended should also be kept In the same
location. A rain gauge shall be provided by the Contractor on kept on the site.
5. Silt fence/silt socks; wetland protective fencing and tree protection fencing are
used to delineate limits of disturbance and shall be installed inside limits of
disturbance.
