Certificate of Coverage (COC) on November 4, 2022. You requested to change outfall 1 to
be a comingled wastewater outfall. The Raleigh Regional Office has determined whether or
not the modification is recommended.Your request has been approved,please review the
monitoring requirements associated with stormwater and wastewater discharges in
General Permit NCG140000
This permit does not affect the legal requirements to obtain other permits which
may be required by the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources, or permits
required by the Division of Water Resources, Coastal Area Management Act, or any other
