Amanda ‐ as we tentatively discussed yesterday, Quartz would like to withdraw the permit application for now until the 
alternatives analysis for the water source is complete.  

Andrea, I believe you won’t need to review this for now. We will of course follow up with everyone once we have a path 
forward. 

Amanda is there anything else we need to do now in order to withdraw the application?

I will be working on this one (instead of Brandee) and wanted to see if we could get together on a MS 
Teams call to go over. I had some familiarity with a previous proposal on this site so just want to make 
sure I’m understanding what all is being proposed/planned. I’m available Friday morning or next 
Monday/Tuesday if any of those days work just throw out a time. Also wanted to see if DWR wanted to
