The PCA was conducted in August 2022. Refer to that report for details on the program. The STMP was recently modified, and Mr. Cagle is in the process of sampling for the HWA. Mr. Cagle
started in September 2021 and was unable to find a lot of the pretreatment paperwork from the previous ORC. Hillman Beer had one BOD exceedance in 2021, and a NOV was not issued. This
was addressed in the PCA.
