Jeff Parnell you could request to rescind permit#500357.The facility appeared not to have a discharge of cooling tower effluent
reaching any state surface waters therefore NWL Capacitors would not require a permit. In the inspection you reference that there
was a discharge pipe going to a ditch and now was disconnected.Robbie Bullock and I observed the effluent from a small cooling
tower entering a sandy retention basin with no outfall on the facilities property.Therefore we will make our recommendation upon
receiving your response to this e-mail or you can make your request in writing to :
