Station L3 873+00 LT (Site 10) - Basin adjacent to JS needs maintenance.
Station L3 867+00 RT (Site 9) - 54" RCP needs to be repaired to prevent any addtional sediment loss.
Station L3 832+00 RT (Site 6) - Additional Class II rip rap is needed on the Right Bank Descending of the culvert inlet.
Stream bank needs to be stablilized.
Continue to meet NPDES cover requirements.
