Before the building can be occupied and operating, there MUST be an approved storm water management plan for that
site. The site at minimum must be stable from an erosion control standpoint.

Submitted the 0 & M to the contractor that owns the property and constructed the spec building, but since they don't
intend to be the ones owning the property when it is completed and the erosion control measures are converted to
permanent SWM, they felt we should hold off on permitting at this time. Once the property is sold and the upfit begins
with new owners, I'll plan to resume or resubmit the permit.
