I talked to Justin today and I think we have come up with a system that will meet my needs. He will raise up the floor of
the dry basin above the water table, armor it heavily and give it some retention with most of the stormvxaterinfiltrating
and sometimes flowing through the rock outlet. . |t will basically bea giant plunge pool. |f you see any problem with
that, please let me know as soon aspossible. He said he will redesign ittoday. I'll be out in the afternoon.
