Greg: Sheets 2 and 3 (Typical Cross Sections) were altered to provide more information requested by DWR and submitted in March of this year. I attached the sheets from the original submittal June 2022 and the changes to sheets 2 and 3as part of the March 2023 submittal. You have the latest plan view on the oversized plat. The large survey plat was changed by me to reflect the location of the fuel dispenser and pumpout to address concerns raised by Axson Smith Jr. If you have any further questions please let me know. Also, DWR 401 letter has a few mistakes, most notably the listed number of slips. They have it at 15 which is the number of slips on Tract C but does not include the other 8 on Sargent Canal. Also, I am going to suggest that they list a condition limiting the depth in BHC since it had to be done to address DWR's concern with flushing BHC. I feel that is necessary and by not listing it as a condition misrepresents the importance of flushing BHC and how important and necessary the project change was to address the flushing concern raised by DWR. This may be important if Smith further challenges issuance of this permit as it relates to the settlement agreement. I have a call into David May to get that corrected. It will not result in a DWR project number change but the date of the letter will. As you know this will further delay issuance of the CAMA/D&F permit. Just wanted to give you a heads up. I appreciate your thoroughness and work to get the CAMA/D&F permit issued. I am sorry to hear about Curt and hope he is okay. I have a call into David May as well. I have the large overview workplan but I have noticed that there are other side view sheets of the docks, etc. Can you verify which of those are the most recent ones?
