To Whom It May Concern:
Please find attached a Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report(DMR) form, for our
Charlotte NC facility for July 2023 indicating "No Discharge" since precipitation events
occurred outside normal business hours or within the 72-hour period for measurable storm
events. Currently Outfall SW003 is under Tier II status due to consecutive TSS exceedances
that occurred in November 2022 and February 2023. The facility instituted monthly
monitoring in April 2023 and recorded TSS below the respective benchmark in April 2023
and June 2023 for this outfall. The facility is currently enrolled in the NCDEQ eDMR
System. However, submitter privileges have not yet been granted to on-site facility personnel
and therefore we are submitting this hard copy DMR form.
