To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is to request that permit#NC0084565 be rescinded. The following actions have been taken so far:
• Wells 1 and 2 have been deactivated on the NC Drinking Water Watch website. Mooresville Regional Office did
an onsite visit on March 30,2023,to verify that the wells from the water system have been permanently
disconnected. https://www.pwss.enr.state.nc.us/NCDWW2/
• All wastewater from the settling tanks was pumped out on August 14,2023.
• The 4-inch effluent line going to the settling tanks was disconnected on August 15,2023,to prohibit flow from
leaving the site.
