The DENR and USACE documents from the previous permitting and on -site visit were included with the PCN. As you
note, the previous on -site visit was to discuss the permitting needed to re -route a sewer line around the perimeter of
the site. As part of that site visit it was determined that a jurisdictional intermittent stream was located approximately
in the middle of the site and it is noted on the current plans. The remainder of the delineations shown on the current
map remain the same as the first site visit.
This request is related to the utility moves in that it freed up the area immediately beyond the t -turn and adjacent to the
pond for the same client to build a home. Of all the lot area available this location has the least amount of impact. I
worked hard to try to provide a zero impact to all of the environmental areas to the east of the building site but
ultimately I had a small amount of fill area needed to work out the driveway.
Hope this information is helpful,
Alex Carter

Alex,
The documentation that I have about this project is that when John T. and I went out in 2012 and 2013 we only looked
for wetlands within the utility corridors. Has the USACE verified that your plan sheet shows all the wetlands that are on
she. I seem to remember there were more within the property and that's why we were specific in our
documents/approvals.
