To Whom It May Concern:

The septic system at 1100 Snow Hill Road is a wastewater treatment system permitted under
Certificate of Coverage No. NCG550556. This system is due for an inspection by the North
Carolina Department of Water Resources (NC DWR). DWR is conducting inspections in your
area and will stop by your residence on September 11 or 13th.

discuss this inspection. If you are unaware of the permit requirements and you are not the
homeowner (i.e. you are renting), please have the current property owner contact me.
