Thank you for allowing the Eagle Creek WWTP team the opportunity to respond to the following Notice
of Violation issued August 7, 2023; received on August 14, 2023. Below is our response to the fecal
coliform monthly geometric mean exceedance and the Turbidity frequency violation that occurred during
the May 2023 monitoring period.

The fecal coliform result obtained on May 31, 2023, for PP2 with a value of 436 colonies/100ml does not
represent the actual performance of the system. This non congruent incident was reported to the lab, and
the personnel accepted that this could be a mistake caused at the Lab by the new staff.

The missing data for Turbidity is being recorded but inadvertently omitted in the report. This has been
amended and re-submitted. The validation and certification process has been modified to warrantee
incidents like this. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the incident. If you have additional questions,
