Please accept this letter as documentation that the Town of Zebulon's stormwater
management program, under NPDES MS4 Permit number NCS000557, was audited by
the NC Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) during calendar year 2022/fiscal
year 2022-2023. On September 30, 2022, the Town received a Notice of Deficiency
following the DEQ evaluation (NOD-2022-PC-0146). The Town submitted the self-
evaluation form and revised stormwater management plan (SWMP) in June of 2023.
