In December 2014, an application was submit for the subject pro�ect On December 23,
2014, a Hold letter was issued requesting more information. On April 10, 2015, a follow-up request
letter was issued from this Office, which stated that failure to respond by May 15, 2015 may result
in the application being withdrawn.
As of the date of this letter, the requested information has yet to be received, therefore the
subject project will be considered to be withdrawn from consideration and you will have to reapply
at a later date with the appropriate fee
