Project Information
CreekStone, PLLC (CS, PLLC) was retained by Istvan Paulik to resolve the NOV associated
with 854 Meadow Brach Road, Robbinsville, NC 28771. CS, PLLC developed and
implemented a corrective action plan associated with the NOV. CreekStone personnel
completed construction oversight of the corrective action plan which was approved by the
USACE and NCDEQ on November 8, 2021.
CAP Construction
Under CreekStone guidance, construction of the correction action plan began on November
29t" and was completed on December 1st, 2021. The CAP was executed as designed with the
exception of one additional log vane. The additional log vane was vital to increase water
level desired for wetland restoration. The ditch plugs were installed as indicated and showed
signs of immediate function. Specified livestakes are to be installed in February 2022 by
CreekStone, PLLC personnel. A monitoring period of 18 months shall begin on January 15tn
2022 and continue through June 15t", 2023 at which time a monitoring report along with a
request for no further action will be submitted. Please refer the following photographs and
attached as -built survey G5:
