The Division is in receipt of your request to cease monitoring of a wetland restoration area as required
in Condition #3 of the 401 Water Quality Certification Approval Letter for McConnell Center Lot 9 dated
April 13, 2020. The Division has reviewed the monitoring reports submitted by you on behalf of Goria
Youngs Mill LLC and has determined that the restoration area is successful and monitoring per Condition
#3 is no longer necessary.
