Tunstall Cc: 'Lee Shank'; 'Lorin Weaver' Subject: Holding Pit Debra Celadon experienced a very high volume of storm water running into our wastewater transfer pit. We also experienced a power loss due to this storm. The result was an overflow from the pits into the parking lot. I can find no evidence any wastewater made it off the property. As this storm was well predicted, we had Lee Shank from CERT pump the pits down on Saturday 4/11/2020 morning to remove as much of the wastewater as possible to prevent any overflow by storm water. We pumped the pits down after arriving and contained the water in the EQ tank. We treated the parking lot with cat liter to soak up any oil that accumulated from parking lot run off and will dispose of that via approved landfill. Lee is copied as well as he helped with pit waste removal Saturday am.
