Dear Mr. Shaw,
In a letter dated June 30, 2023, you were notified of seven reporting violations for the monitoring review
period March 2023. Correspondence received from Robert Branch on August 17, 2023, informed this
office that the required sampling was performed on March 1, 2023. Staff reviewed the monitoring report
for March 2023 and verified the required parameters were monitored and reported as required, but were
not entered into the Division's data system. Therefore, Pilgrim's Pride Corporation incurred no reporting
violations of these parameters during the monitoring period reviewed. Our Information Processing Unit
has since entered the data into our data system.
After reviewing the monitoring report for March 2023, this office has determined that the subject facility
is not in violation of the self -monitoring requirement of its Non -Discharge permit, and the NOV letter
dated June 30, 2023, against W00014565 is hereby rescinded.
