I Have directed that the industrial wastewater discharge pipe 002 be voluntarily disconnected from the city and the
modified permit requests in its current form not be sent to the state. We have cut and installed two valves with an air
gap between the valves to comply with the voluntary action I have suggested for Celadon. Attached is a picture to verify
the disconnect of pipe 002 from the POTW.
The verbal demands placed over and above the modified permit are not consistent with the written permit and we will
contain, treat and reuse water at a very significant cost increase to our process to keep our essential business open
without discharging any industrial wastewater to the POTW or any surface waters.
