Andrew,
Attached is the draft permit for the Former National Fruit (Now LINCO Partnership) facility. I am trying to clarify if the
sampling and reporting portion of the permit applies only if they operate the Lagoon & Spray Fields, or if they have to
sample for the listed constituents regardless of application to the spray field.
It was my understanding that the new permittee is not intending to utilize the lagoon. Rather than having a lagoon that
will be a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects that could transfer disease, in the interest of Human Health,
can we request the lagoon be properly closed? If this is not an option, can we require the lagoon to be actively aerated
to reduce insect breeding?
I have placed a modified version of the draft permit on the G:Drive in the National Fruit Folder in the Permit sub -folder
for your review. There are still places where the National Fruit name needs to be changed. I have already spoken to
Erick Saunders regarding changing the name to the new owners.
Some of the soil types listed in the permit were miss -spelled. I have corrected them in the modified draft permit.
Please let me know your thoughts regarding the lagoon and any other issues you note that need to be amended to the
draft permit.

We received a copy of the Certificate of Assumed Name, and I was told not to hold up the process of the permit for the
ORC issue. I have everything I need from them, so here's the draft permit and site map.
