Staff of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted a review of the Linco Partnership-
Lincolnton WWTF analytical data of the Sludge Pits performed on April 27, 2023. The purpose of the pit
sampling was to verify the waters entering these pits could be classified as Storm Water.
The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) staff received the sampling results of the pit water and find there
is not elevated constituents found in the pit water. Therefore, the
