Could you please provide this Office with an updated Pre - Construction Notification application with the proposed
impacts to the Tar - Pamlico Buffer associated with Impact #1? As documented in the stream determination completed in
June 2008, this Office determined the feature to be subject to the Tar - Pamlico Buffer rule, and thus the proposed
activity is allowable under the Table of Uses. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
