Per our conversation, this Office has discussed Item #5 (avoidance and minimization of wetland impacts) of the
additional information requested issued on July 22, 2015 with Mr. Chester Bigelow with the US Army Corps of
Engineers. During the discussion, Mr. Bigelow explained that the adjacent properties are built out and existing onsite
wetlands are fragmented. In addition, the required mitigation will encompass the existing wetland area. Therefore, this
Office will require a narrative to document these conditions and the remaining items will need to be addressed. If you
