My name is Michael Scisco, I am the Conservation Director for Unique Places to Save, a North Carolina non-
profit. The area identified in the application as the "Project Boundary Study Limits" includes a perpetual
conservation easement held by Unique Places to Save over an existing stream/wetlands mitigation bank. The
conservation easement is shown on some of the drawings of the project. We simply want to ensure it is known
there is an existing conservation easement and any activities proposed within the conservation easement
boundaries need to be assessed by Unique Places to Save to ensure there is no violation of the terms of the
conservation easement deed. Attached is the conservation easement deed.
