Hi Joey
I've attached the page with the only changes on the application, and also a picture of the shoreline. Let me
know if you need anything else for this one.
Thank you

Ms. Parker,
On June 20, 2023, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application requesting a 401 Water Quality
Certification from the Division for the subject project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete
and cannot be processed. The application is on‐hold until all of the following information is received:
1. An email from Mr. Stephan Wilson received on August 16, 2023, indicates that a revised application will be
submitted to correct errors in impact calculations. The Division is placing the application on hold until the
updated information is received. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)]
2. The project proposes to place riprap along 1150 feet of shoreline, which encompasses all shoreline on the lot, to
prevent further erosion. Please provide photographs that document the existing erosion along the shoreline to
demonstrate the project has avoided and minimized impacts where possible. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(1)]
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the
proper consideration of the application. Please provide your response by September 15, 2023. If all of the requested
information is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be denied as incomplete.
The denial of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application
package and appropriate fee.
