Comment: I reviewed seven weeks of NPDES records. All were completed and sinned. Weeklv inspections of
SDOs was noted including precipitation monitoring. A rain gage is on site. A turbidity curtain was in
river and was used during demo. I recommended an entry in the records for turbidity curtain as there
were none. SDOs were adequately maintained. A silt bagis s being used to pump groundwater into as it
accumulates along support wall under construction.
